  1. Good digging, Jo. As to the City pointing out there are Ring and Posts on Cumberland, Bay/Bloor and Yorkville is like telling a car driver who arrives at the ACC that there’s plenty of parking at the CNE grounds. True, but irrelevant.

  2. What Russell Security is doing for their client is illegal. The guards themselves should be aware of municipal bylaws prior to enacting their clients wishes and certainly need to discuss with management at Russell. Currently Russell and it’s guards have left itself open to lawsuits due to ignorance. I hope everyone who had a bike stolen from there join in a class action law suit against them for loss of property and pain and suffering. For those who were late for work or who use their bikes for work, there is also lost wages.
